Simon and Garfunkel tour U.S., Canada
After announcing overseas concert plans and igniting much speculation about a national run, Simon and Garfunkel have confirmed spring concerts for the United States and Canada. The Old Friends Tour hits select North American markets this spring, preceding a previously announced early summer tour of Australia.
The dozen-date venture kicks off with what was thought to be an exclusive U.S. engagement for the pair — an April 24 concert at the Jazz and Heritage Festival in New Orleans, LA. But three additional U.S. dates now supplement that festival gig, as well as eight performances in the Canadian provinces. Full Story…
